TrendRadar AI ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.
When you create an account, we collect your email address and optional full name. When you use the platform, we collect usage data such as trends viewed, analyses performed, and alerts configured. We do not collect payment information — all core features are free.
We use your information to provide and improve TrendRadar AI services, including authenticating your account, personalizing your dashboard experience, sending alert notifications, and improving our trend scoring algorithms through aggregated, anonymized usage patterns.
TrendRadar AI aggregates publicly available data from 15+ sources including news APIs, social media platforms, financial data providers, and academic repositories. We do not scrape private data or access information behind paywalls.
Your data is stored in encrypted PostgreSQL databases hosted on Railway. API communications are encrypted via TLS/HTTPS. Authentication uses industry-standard JWT tokens with bcrypt-hashed passwords. We never store plaintext passwords.
We use Vercel for frontend hosting, Railway for backend infrastructure, and various free data APIs for trend intelligence. We do not sell, share, or trade your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
We use browser local storage to persist your authentication token for session continuity. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels.
Account data is retained as long as your account is active. Trend analysis data is retained for scoring model improvement. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may export your data at any time using the platform's built-in CSV/JSON export features. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@trndradar.com.
TrendRadar AI is not directed at individuals under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us for immediate removal.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
