By accessing or using TrendRadar AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, with notice provided through the platform.
TrendRadar AI is an AI-powered trend intelligence platform that aggregates publicly available data from 15+ sources, applies multi-factor scoring algorithms, and provides trend forecasting and analysis. The Service is provided "as-is" for informational purposes.
You must provide a valid email address and create a password to register. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any illegal purpose; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the platform; (c) use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download data beyond the provided export features; (d) interfere with the Service's infrastructure or other users' access.
The TrendRadar AI platform, including its algorithms, design, and branding, is protected by intellectual property laws. Aggregated trend data and analysis outputs are provided for your personal or business use but may not be redistributed as a competing service.
Trend scores, forecasts, and analysis are generated by AI models and should not be considered financial, investment, or professional advice. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee the completeness or reliability of any data. ML predictions improve with data history and may be less reliable for newly detected trends.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party API outages, and force majeure events may affect availability. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrendRadar AI and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to financial losses based on trend predictions.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases, though we may retain anonymized data for model improvement.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.
